Before its submission to the Secretary of State, the draft Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan was published from 7 November to 19 December. Statement of Representations procedure
The Statement of Representation Procedures set out the following:

- The length of the representions period;
- How you can make a representation;
- Where the Plan and supporting evidence can be viewed.
